organic vegetable
Here’s a quick guide for the beginner vegetable gardener. Whether you’re a beginner or an old hand, planting in a pot or a plot, this advice will help you to plan and grow your tastiest vegetables

Why gardening? If you have never tasted garden-fresh vegetables (lots of people haven’t!), you will be amazed by the sweet, juicy flavors and vibrant textures. There’s absolutely nothing like them, especially if you grow the vegetables yourself.
1 Build Up Your Soil
The biggest keys to success in organic gardening is the condition of the soil.
Building up the soil is the most important factor in pumping up yields. A deep organically rich soil encourages the growth of healthy, extensive roots that are able to reach more nutrients and water. Well-prepared soil is the key to healthy and productive plants. Plants grown in soil with good levels of organic matter tend to be more disease and insect resistant as well as more attractive. Whether adding peat, shredded pine bark, or your own organic compost, the effort and expense provided will reap big dividends in the growing season ahead.
preparing garden soil
Choose a site that gets full sun and dig down deeply, to promote good root
development. Your soil needs to be loose enough for good aeration and drainage, which will help promote strong root development.Air-filled porosity is critical in helping plant roots to thrive. Roots need oxygen for their growth, whereas they produce carbon dioxide that needs to leave the soil.
earthworms have numerous beneficial effects on overall soil quality
Earthworms improve soil porosity, they produce organo-mineral biogenic structures and influence gaseous composition of the atmosphere . Earthworms increase porosity by two mechanisms:
{1}  creating permanent burrows.{2}  improving soil aggregation.
Aggregation is improved by the mixing of soil and organic matter in the earthworms’ guts. They maintain good soil health through the comminution of organic debris, enhance microbial activity, and contribute to the increase of nutrient availability in soil and mineral absorption by plants. Burrowing and grazing activity of earthworms modifies the soil structure and its capacity to absorb water. These advantages increase crop productivity.

Because earthworms increase porosity, they reduce the effects of compaction. In addition, the excrement of earthworms has a very stable structure, which makes the soil more resistant to compaction and improves its tilth. The importance of earthworms to mix surface residue with soil becomes very clear in soils that do not have any earthworms. Most of my organic garden soil have at least some earthworms.

For plants to grow well they require their roots to be continuously supplied with balanced proportions of water, air and plant nutrient elements.  These needs are met when the five main components of soil viz, mineral particles, organic matter, water, air and living organisms, are present in appropriate proportions.
2 Raised beds
The fastest way to get deep layer of fertile soil is to make raised beds.
Raised beds yield up to four times more than the same amount of space planted in rows. That’s due not only to their loose, fertile soil but also to efficient spacing,by using less space for paths, you have more space to grow vegetable.

They keep pathway weeds from your garden soil, prevent soil compaction, provide good drainage and serve as a barrier to pests such as slugs and snails. The soil in raised beds warms up earlier in the Spring allowing more growing time because you can plant sooner and enjoy a longer season.Raised beds can add a useful and decorative touch to your garden
3 Organic gardening
A healthy soil is teeming with living organisms besides plants, the vast majority of which are beneficial to plants.  They are an essential component of healthy soil.Organic gardening encourages the maintenance of this soil life by avoiding the addition of chemicals to the soil which will destroy parts of this life and avoiding the use of gardening methods which will interfere with the natural interactions which occur within this soil life.

Organic gardeners focus on practices that enhance soil health and plant nutrition.Organic matter improves the fertility, the structure and the tilth of all kinds of soils. In particular, organic matter provides a continuous source of nitrogen and other nutrients that plants need to grow.It also provides a rich food source for soil microbes. As organisms in the soil carry out the processes of decay and decomposition they make these nutrients available to plants.

Remember that for an organic garden to be successful, you must have healthy soil for the plants to grow in. To achieve this goal, you must build up the soil with nutrients to replace any that may be diminished. To do this, you start with good compost and natural fertilizer.
organic gardening is the condition of the soil in which our plants grow.  It is the soil which provides the majority of nutrients needed by plants and, consequently, much of the effort of the organic gardener is devoted to ensuring that the soil is in a condition which allows plants to access those nutrients efficiently and sustainably.  The gardener will then be rewarded with a plentiful supply of nutritious and delicious food.

4 Chicken manure
If you are raising chickens you can have chicken manure. And this manure could just be the right additive to your garden.Chicken manure fertilizer is very high in nitrogen and also contains a good amount of potassium and phosphorus. The high nitrogen and balanced nutrients is the reason that chicken manure compost is the best kind of manure to use.

Besides fertilizing crops, manures also supply other essential plant nutrients and serve as a soil amendment by adding organic matter, which helps improve the soil’s moisture and nutrient retention. Organic matter persistence will vary with temperature, drainage, rainfall, and other environmental factors. Chicken manure also contains less salt and is free of the weed seeds that can appear in the waste of other animals, and because it is organic, you don't have to worry about any harsh chemicals entering the ground near your plants if you are an organic gardener. It takes up to 6-9 months to compost chicken manure properly depending on the conditions under which it was composted. If you are unsure how well it is composted, you can wait up to 12 months to use. Once you are ready, simply spread the chicken manure over the garden and work the compost into the soil with a shovel .
I really want you to be successful with your gardening endeavors, that is my ultimate goal. And one of the absolute best ways to start off on the right foot is to develop your soil, or build your soil. Successful gardening really does start from the ground up!
